AGC's 2023 Member Survey marks our first set of comprehensive member data. Completing this survey is one of the two requirements to be a member of AGC (the other is following our Code of Conduct). This survey collects information from 2022 which will serve as the baseline for AGC to measure our impact in several key areas.

Data Highlights
AGC had 50 respondents identifying as farmers and collectively they planted 21,327 acres of food-grade grains in 2022.
The 105 respondents who identified as bakers, brewers, distillers, food businesses, millers, and/or maltsters purchased 52,745 tons of local and regional grains for use in their businesses.
86% of respondents said that AGC provided them with useful resources and information;
75% said that they have increased the number of relationships they have within the Midwest grain value chain because of their membership with AGC.
